POLICIES:

Soccer players and parents committing to the Jersey Lions F.C. club understand that the deposit to secure their position on the team is non-refundable and cannot be used as a credit, the deposit is forfeited if the player decides not play for Jersey Lions F.C.

Subsequent payments made to the club are also deemed non-refundable in the increments in which they are received and are forfeited. For any player with a medical issue that is deemed season ending, his or her balance will be credited toward the following season.

When a player is registered with paid deposit it is understood that the player is responsible for the entire year’s tuition in full. Leaving the club prior to the end of the season does not take away any tuition responsibilities.
